Former pupil, Matthew Neilly, on parade at the Proclamation of King Charles III at Hillsborough Castle and the King's visit to Belfast.
Well done Matthew another proud moment and honour in your military career.
Congratulations Matthew - a wonderful memory for you and the Neilly family.
We are so very proud of this young man, former pupil, Christopher Moore who will accompany the Queen's coffin, as our beloved Queen takes her final earthly journey to Westminster Abbey, before Her burial at Windsor Castle.
What a fantastic honour for Christopher and the Moore family circle.
Thinking of you Christopher and sending you the love and best wishes of your old teachers, the Board of Governors, PTA and parents and children of Moneyrea Primary and Nursery as you undertake this monumental task on behalf of the nation.
We have been asked to make folk aware that a Book of Condolence has been opened in Moneyrea Orange Hall. See details below.

Celebrating the life of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II at Moneyrea
We feel it is important in the week leading up to the funeral of Queen Elizabeth that we take time to celebrate Her Majesty's wonderful life.
On Friday morning we shared a presentation celebrating the life of the Queen in two assemblies for Yrs 2 - 4 and Yrs 5 - 7.
The children learned about the Queen's love of corgis and horses, her amazing palaces and life of service. What a truly wonderful example to us all.
The Union Flag will fly at half-mast from the school flagpole until Monday 19th.
The flag will fly at its full extent from the 20th for a short period in honour of our new King, Charles III.
For the remainder of the week our children will have at least one lesson each day to help them think about the life of the Queen.
On Friday we will hold a minute's silence after our assembly.
School is closed on Monday 19th as a mark of respect for the Queen's funeral.
