    MONEYREA PRIMARY SCHOOL PTA PRESENTS
    NOMADIC BELFAST, BLACK TIE EVENT

     

    Join us on Saturday 17th June, for a truly amazing ‘Night to Remember’ on board the White Star Line’s last remaining ship, SS Nomadic. This is a unique opportunity to reach out and touch part of Northern Ireland’s great Titanic story, while enjoying the 5-star treatment of 1st class passengers. The evening promises an amazing setting, fantastic food, live music and dancing ‘til late.

     

    Come as singles, pairs, foursomes, or complete tables (of 6, 8 or 10). Tickets are £47.50 and include a welcome drink, 4-course meal and your evening’s entertainment.

     

    So put the 17th in your diary, book the babysitter, and reserve you place on board the SS Nomadic. The craic will be mighty!

  • Primary 1 Bus Builders

    P1 pupils have been very busy developing their engineering skills.

    They decided to build a bus to take them wherever they want to go. Move over Wright Bus, the competition is coming!

  • Moneyrea Dance Champions

    Dancers from Moneyrea Primary travelled with Miss Finlay at the weekend to the Northern Ireland Creative Movement and Aerobic Championships.

    The competition was intense with lots of talent on show. There was success for Moneyrea on three fronts. The first winners for Moneyrea  were the Year 3 dancers, Up Up and Away who performed to music from the Disney Pixar Movie, Up. This was followed by a win for the Senior Dance Team, the Bellas, made up from Year 4 to Year 7 pupils performing to music from the Movie, Pitch Perfect. Finally the Year 7 Duet were winners performing to Rag'n'Bone man's, Human.

    Congratulations to everyone. Thanks must go to Miss Finlay and all  the pupils for their hard work and dedication - Well done!

  • Tag Rugby at Loughmoss

    P5 & P6 pupils travelled to Lough Moss for a Tag Rugby session as part of the 'Everybody Active 2020 Multi Sports Schools Programme. The sun shone and everyone had a great day!

    Moneyrea Primary School celebrated World Book Day in a novel way by having a 'Swap Day' where teachers and pupils swapped roles. This created a small problem because several Mr Greers turned up to school. Please can you help us identify the real Mr Greer?
