  • Tri-Golf Challenge

    Last Friday P7 pupils travelled to Castlereagh Hills Golf Club to take part in the Primary Schools' Tri-Golf Challenge. Resident PGA Professional, Roy Skillen, his staff and members of Castlereagh Hills Golf Club organised a fabulous fun day of activities finishing up with the golf competition. Thanks to everyone at Castlereagh Hills.
  • Young Enterprise at Bow Street Mall

    Four pupils from P7 represented their company 'Para Rangers' at a trade fair in Bow Street Mall in Lisburn last Tuesday. The team had a great experience selling their Paracord Bracelets to the general public and the girls gave a brilliant presentation about their business in front of a panel of judges.
  • Moneyrea travel to Ulster Rugby

    Moneyrea's Rugby team travelled to The Kingspan Stadium, the home of Ulster Rugby to take part in the Ulster Schools' Rugby Tournament. The team got to meet Ulster and Ireland stars Paddy Jackson and Jared Payne. After a tour of the stadium the boys to part in the tournament. A big thank you to Ulster Rugby for such a fabulous day!   • Onesie Day

    We are encouraging our pupils to come to school in their PJ's/Onesies with mad hair and crazy socks on Friday 12th May, to raise money for Ryan Hubbard who is cycling 10,000 miles for the Friends of Cancer Charity. minimum donation is £1. The children will also be treated to an ice-cream courtesy of PTA and Pop 'n' Candy.
  • Well Done to our Rugby Team

    Our Rugby Team played at the Ards tournament on Friday past. Moneyrea enjoyed wins against Abbey, Andrews Memorial and Holywood and suffered their only defeat against Strandtown. Well done boys!

    Congratulations also go to Jacob Thompson, Josiah McDowell and James Cusin who represented Civil Service at an International Mini Rugby tournament in Madrid, which they won.

  • Bun Sale for Syrian Appeal

    School Council have suggested bun sales on the following dates to raise funds for the Syrian Appeal. Our Year 4-7 classes are asked to make buns for the following Fridays:

    Year 7 - Friday 19th May

    Year 6 - Friday 26th May

    Year 5 - Friday 2nd June

    Year 4 - Friday 9th June
