Barefoot Computing believe in developing problem solving and programming skills in children from an early age, as these skills will be key to industry in the future. The following activities can be done at home and don't require any access or use of a computer or device. They are intended to teach valuable computational skills in practical and fun ways. Computational thinking is about learning to solve problems, with or without a computer. These problem solving skills not only support the ICT curriculum, but also play a part in other subjects, from maths to PE, and can even be applied in everyday life!
