Lucyβs Blue Hair
It’s a story about a girl whose hair changes colour according to her mood.
One day she wakes up with blue hair and is very sad π
She meets another boy with blue hair and he tells her it’s okay to be sad because sometimes everyone is sad.
Lucy tells her mum and dad that she is sad and that helps. Soon Lucy feels much better.
Lucy still has blue days (and red when she’s cross and purple when she’s excited etc) but she knows that, like every other feeling she has, that that’s okay too.
As a follow-up activity Yr3 drew pictures of themselves on a purple day and a blue day…..
