Sometimes the end of an era heralds a new beginning.
Next Friday, our longest serving member of staff, Mrs Helen Peters (Mrs P) will be leaving us for pastures new and to be closer to family.
Helen has been a fixture at Moneyrea PS for 23 years and has given great support to our school and individual children in so many ways, not least in her role as Co-Director of the annual school show, leader on residential visits and star βοΈ turn at our big PTA events. Mrs P has certainly left her mark and a legacy at Moneyrea.
Although Helen wants to go quietly; I know that won't be completely possible!
I know you will all join me in wishing Helen every blessing in the future and health and happiness.
