NEW OPPORTUNITY FOR YEARS 5–7
Is your child full of energy?
Do they play sports or simply want to get fitter, faster, stronger and more confident?
Our Friday Fitness Club is a fun and engaging after-school session designed specifically for children in Years 5–7.
Led by Tiarnan – a qualified Personal Trainer with 10 years’ experience, each session will focus on building fitness, improving coordination, and boosting confidence in a supportive, enjoyable environment.
The children will take part in:
π Fun fitness games
β½ Strength & sports skill development
β Confidence & coordination challenges
π€ Teambuiding through positive engagement .
This is a fantastic opportunity for your child to:
