The Yr4 children had a fantastic day at the Linen Centre Museum, Lisburn commemorating the 80th anniversary of V.E. Day. 

Our brilliant guide, Angus, took us on a tour of Castle Gardens before returning to the museum for the children to try on soldiers' uniforms. 

The children then made clay medals before making their way to McDonald's to spend their Young Enterprise profits on a tasty lunch. What a great day!

Oh yes, and they found a copy of a great book 📕 written ✍🏼 by a famous author  🤣
