P7 Trip to UFTM

P7 thoroughly enjoyed their visit to Cultra museum as they followed the tour "Children of the Famine" which linked closely to their class novel "Under the Hawthorn Tree". They had the opportunity to interview a cottier, a tenant farmer and a landlord to find out more about the hardships during the time of the Great Irish Famine (1845-1850)
