To ensure the smooth operation of the handover please adhere to the following:

· Do not enter the school building.

· Collections must be made in the allocated time slots.

Lost property will be placed on tables near to the main gates (weather permitting)!

PLEASE - always remember to social distance and remain patient as staff will be working in small numbers and also adhering to social distancing, so it may take a little time to get your child’s belongings to you.

PHOTOGRAPHS

As we were unable to take class photos this year for nursery, Yr1 and Yr7 we are hoping to put the children’s individual photos together into a montage, which will be available to order online.

In addition, Ian Pedlow will be at school on Monday from 9.00am – 3.00pm and Thursday from 9.00am – midday to take photos of children (all classes) individually, or in family groups, or in small socially distanced friendship groups at the banner outside school. Unfortunately, it will not be possible for staff to assist with the organisation of friendship photos. Parents to decide whether the children wear uniform or not. Please note there will be a charge for these photos and a parent must be present.

Please always remember to socially distance .

FAREWELL ZOOM PARTIES

Teachers will be facilitating a zoom meeting for their classes next week :

The ID and Password will be sent out in the Parent WhatsApp and by email on the day before.

In the interests of child protection:

1. Do not share this login

2. Please do not record the zoom meeting or screenshot

3. Parents of younger children will need to be with them on the zoom -Nursery -Y3

4. Parents of older children should be in the vicinity, within earshot.

To avoid a teacher monologue, it would be a good idea if the children are prepared to show something they have made during lockdown or to share a funny lockdown story or memory. (Brief)
