Harvest 2013

A big thank you to our pupils and their families for donating so generously to this year's Harvest.

Some of the mums and volunteer classroom assistants made up baskets of fruit, which the Year4 -7 pupils delivered to some of the senior citizens in the village. In total we delivered 70 baskets. We were also able to present a gift of pot plants courtesy of Marylands Nursery and Mrs Fisher.

We had so much fruit and veg that we were able to make a donation to the East Belfast Mission.

Harvest is a time for being thankful to God for His wonderful creation and His goodness to us. At Moneyrea it is also a time for giving.
